Communications through our website or via email are not encrypted and are not necessarily secure. Use of the internet or email is for your convenience only, and by using them, you assume the risk of unauthorized use.

By submitting a form you hereby agree to hold Urban Allure, its doctors and affiliates, harmless from any hacking or any other unauthorized use of your personal information by outside parties.

Cancellation Policy:

Urban Allure has a 48-hour cancellation policy for appointments longer than an hour and 1/2. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will be happy to assist you.

All cancellations with less than a 48-hour notice are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.

Membership Cancellation Policy:

The patient can cancel the membership anytime 6 months after initiating the membership, as long as the patient has only utilized the services given for the month in the monthly subscription.

Refund Policy:

No refunds are made for products, service packages, and pre-paid treatments once they are purchased. If for some reason you are not able to use an un-rendered, pre-paid service, a credit for the pro-rated share of unused treatments at the discounted package price may be extended, and this may be used to purchase other treatments or products offered by Urban Allure. Unopened products may be exchanged for alternative products within 7 days of purchase.
